Bob Avila 2009 Snaffle Bit Futurity

Bob had a great 2009 year including winning the 2009 NSHA World’s Richest Stockhorse competition in September, where the best bridle horses come out to compete for huge cash prizes. He won this coveted prize on Chics Magic Potion owned by Kenneth Banks. The earnings at the World’s Richest competition put this gelding’s LTE’s at over $300,000. Having reached this milestone, Avila and Banks decided to retire the gelding, and so they did during a poignant ceremony held at this year’s NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity.
